Sandals Room Types: How do I choose?

There may be differences in views and locations of the rooms, but the amenities and service of each type are basically the same. These three types are broken down into luxury, club, and butler rooms.

Luxury Rooms

Service Level: These are the entry-level rooms, providing all the essential amenities for a comfortable stay.

Amenities:

• Air conditioning

• Flat-screen TV

• Stocked minibar (with soft drinks, water, and local beer)

• Private bathroom with shower and/or tub

• Basic room service options

Additional Perks: Access to all resort facilities, restaurants, bars, and activities.

Club Rooms

Service Level: Offers enhanced services and amenities compared to Luxury Rooms,

including access to the Sandals Club Lounge and concierge services.

Amenities:

• Everything included in Luxury Rooms, plus:

• Upgraded minibar with premium liquor

• In-room bar

• Room service from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM

• Private check-in and check-out

• Access to the Club Sandals Lounge, which offers snacks, beverages, and concierge services.

Additional Perks: Personalized vacation planning, exclusive events, and priority

reservations for restaurants and activities.

Butler Level Rooms

Service Level: The highest level of service, featuring a personal butler trained by the

Guild of Professional English Butlers. These rooms typically offer more luxurious

furnishings and better locations within the resort.

Amenities:

• Everything included in Club Rooms, plus:

• Personalized butler service, including:

  • Packing and unpacking service

  • Reserved beach and poolside chairs

  • Priority reservations for dining, spa treatments, and excursions.

  • Serving meals in the room, on the beach, or by the pool

  • Drawing baths

  • Coordinating all personal requests

• Exclusive check-in at the Butler Elite Lounge

• Premium room locations, often with ocean views or swim-up access

• 24-hour room service
